Live coverage: Open hearings in the impeachment inquiry continue today

The U.S. House of Representatives continues open hearings in its impeachment inquiry into President Trump this morning. The public hearings begin at 9 a.m. EST with testimony from both Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, the top Ukraine specialist on the National Security Council and Jennifer Williams, a foreign service aide detailed to Vice President Pence’s office.

The live hearing continues this afternoon with testimony from Kurt Volker, the former special envoy to Ukraine and Tim Morrison, a former National Security Council aide. Live hearings continue starting at 9 a.m. on both Wednesday and Thursday this week.
